We had a great experience with Eastside Mazda Volkswagen! We worked with Igor and he was beyond helpful. I really appreciated his patience and honest opinions. Not once did we feel any high pressure sales tactics and he was very conscientious of our time. We were looking for a pretty specific car and they were able to locate and deliver one to me in just a couple of days while still willing to negotiate a great deal. Hands down the easiest car buying process I have ever went though. I look forward to getting my new Tiguan serviced at this establishment.

Okay so I don’t ever write reviews but I promised Igor I would leave him one. He is a terrific asset to this dealership, and he made sure not to leave any stone unturned. Very thorough, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. You won’t regret working with him. I promise! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Igor. I love my new Jetta!

A couple months ago I had my oil changed at this dealership. A couple days after the change I noticed a few drops of oil on the driveway. Over time the dripping became a daily occurrence. Stopped in to have them look at it and they admitted something wasn't right. They redid the entire oil change for free. No excuses...a nice apology. Will definitely use them again.
