I was a little apprehensive as to how it will all work out as I was trading in my old car for a new one. I waited for a sales person and got Joey, He worked with me all the way very patiently and honourably, till I was happy the car I had selected. My trade in was smooth and fast without any pressure from Joey which helped me to make the right decision. Joey, I am grateful for all your assistance in this process which made my life easier. I would highly recommend Joey to my family, friends and colleagues without any hesitation.

Came here to look at cars. I usually prefer looking online and then later figuring out what might work best. They gave me free coffee and let me browse around without any harassment. I never felt rushed and they did not try get me to buy any products, packages etc which I truly did not need. I wished the dealer was nearer from my house so I could recommend it to my friends and they can experience the same service I had.

We were seeking a new car due to our family expanding and was referred to Joey at 199 Ohio. Joey saved us a tremendous amount of time and helped us avoid the usual hassles of buying a car. Such a great deal when compared to other dealers that we couldn't refuse. Joey offered refreshments, computer/Internet access, and pizza. Not only was I impressed, when called in to sign purchasing documents, he had everything pre-filled and I was done with this process in less than 10 minutes, really, it was that fast. We had such a pleasant experience with 199 Ohio. I recommend Joey and his team for any vehicle purchase!

I had such a great experience with these guys! When we wrecked our car we went back to Joey for another easy experience! When my sister was ready for her new car I sent her to Joey! Joey has provided my Family with excellent customer care and we will continue to return to make our car buying experience easy and with class.

Do NOT GO THERE!!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONE!! Left a message NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! When I finally got someone on the phone he was RUDE!!! HE COULD NOT GET ME OFF THE PHONE FAST ENOUGH!!! Not SURE HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS??!! Go ANYWHERE THEN HERE!!!
