Not responsive, horrible communicator and judgmental. I worked with Rosie and I would not recommended working with her at all. It was hard trying to stay calm with her - I tried to tell her my husband and I needed someone who is more responsive and flexible, she didn't take it well. She gave me my check back, got offended and told me I was unprofessional. Reminder - She overbooks meetings, every time you call she is not available, doesn't follow-up on emails - the one time she did she didn't even tell me that she responded on the EJ platform, doesn't want to come in early and doesn't stay late. lol It feels like she only works between 10a-4p and she swears 9a-6p. When you call after 4pm, you will not get a response.

Has been handling our retirement funds for years and they're doing great. I have great confidence in Doug. Honest guy, easy to work with.
