LOVE! My hair got ruined by another stylist who colored it completely unevenly and a much lighter color than I requested. I contacted Bryan and only 2 hours laters I had an appointment set up with a great stylist, Megan Anders, for the same afternoon. Bryan and Megan both followed up to make sure I loved my results. So happy and can’t wait to come back! :)
I own and operate my business within Mia Salon Studios, the best studio rental model around! Larger than most studios, an extremely clean and accommodating building, the best professionals, and an amazing landlord! Bryan, the owner, is the absolute greatest landlord that you could ever hope for. He has thoughtfully planned every single detail of his business, but gives you complete control over your business. He’s there for help, business advice, anything you could need he’s there for you. He truly cares about you, your success, and your business. My business partner and I were absolutely terrified to branch out on our own, but Bryan has helped made it the best experience possible. I’m so grateful to own a business at Mia Salon Studios!
When I come here, I work with Melissa Neubeck and she is AMAZING! She took the time to talk with me about my hair, my long term goals, what I am financially comfortable with, and what would work best with my specific hair. She takes her time and is very thorough. The products she uses are all natural which is an extra bonus. She is very kind and funny, and I am so happy that I found her!!

I am a stylist at Mia soon approaching my 2 year anniversary here. I have grown with fantastic new clients who love the atmosphere and always compliment it and I am amazed at how many of my clients that came with me still remind me how much they love the private studios and would never go back to a regular salon. I cannot thank the owner Bryan enough for all the time and detail he puts into keeping everything in perfect shape and helping keep us and our guests happy and safe. This is truly the best run salon in Cleveland. I am proud to own a salon here and I hope to keep growing at Mia for a long time.
