I've been going to Shelly for at least 10 years! She's simply the best in the business! From a perfectly done French manicure to beautiful hair styles, Shelly is on the pulse of what's on trend. Her salon is nearly as adorable as she is. Always a welcoming smile and full of great conversation, you shouldn't hesitate to give her a visit! You will not be disappointed!
When I step into Shelly's salon studio, I am confidant that she will do the best things to keep my hair healthy. She is an excellent stylist. I leave the decisions to her and I have never been disappointed. She does my basic color and highlights and cut. She has a real knack for getting the color just right. Her prices are reasonable.
Shelly has been doing my hair and nails for 20 years. She is ALWAYS on time and can create any look you might want. Best French manicure in Cleveland...really! I recommend Shelly to anyone I meet. Try it... you will love her!
