Extremely disappointed with my visit this morning. First time ever visiting the store, came in looking for a certain colored tie. When I walked in, there was no one around. After about 10 minutes a lady came out, didn’t greet me at all. I asked if she could help me match colors to my bridesmaids dresses and she grew an attitude. I asked to purchase 7 ties that are usually rentals, she said she didn’t know and she would ask. The other woman looked online for me but said they aren’t in stock and due to covid she has no idea when or if they will be. I am extremely disappointed that you say you carry matches to David’s bridals colors but they aren’t available to purchase or even order. Let alone the attitude I received today. I will make sure my wedding party goes to the strongsville store in hopes for better treatment.
The salesman helped me with a suit being held for me and I made an even exchange. Very smooth transaction.
Men’s Warehouse in North Olmstead is without a doubt the best men’s store I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! First time there, now a lifelong customer. Thank you again for all of your assistance.
