Great workers! Did not have a ride to drop my car off to have the work done on my car. They offered to drive me home and pick me back up. Cost was competitive, slightly less then shops in the area. Would definitely use them again.

Rob and the wonderful people at Knapp’s Madison in Olmsted Falls were amazing to work with on getting my car fixed. They were very friendly on the phone and walked me through what I needed to get done. I felt like they were there to help me unlike some other places I’ve been where I feel like they’re trying to grab every dime from me and do things to my car without explaining what was done. I was able to get a quote before I booked with them which was nice because there weren’t any surprises when it came to the bill.nnI needed rear window replaced due to a tree falling on it and they were able to get the dent out of the frame In order for the window to be sealed correctly. I wanted my repairs to work mechanically and didn’t care too much about the cosmetics of my car because I was on a budget, but they did a great job where my car looks great too. I forgot to mention my bent antenna so I called them to see if they’d fix that too and they had already done that which was wonderful.nnI definitely recommend Knapp’s Madison in Olmsted Falls. I felt comfortable explaining the car issues with the gentlemen and they do awesome work.
