James was fantastic at helping me work through my car problems. Great communication, and cheapest price around when compared to other local auto shops. Work was done super quick too, and definitely going to be my go to auto shop for any future work.
When I have to take my car to the shop for any issues, Conrad's is the first one that comes to mind.nThat is because they are professional, reasonably priced, they explain things in layman's terms (for people like me), and they never push to sell or fix other things. If there are other issues with my car, they detail them and let me make a decision instead of pushing for it. Also very responsive.nIt feels like a famy owned shop.nSo thank you for doing a great job!
I like Conrad's honest prices for services. But, if you get an oil change with a tire rotation they will try to cheat you. I've caught them twice by marking one tire with a black magic marker.
My experience with Conrads was nothing short of amazing. They got the job done expeditiously and offered me a cheaper alternative to get my tire fixed.nFrankie and James were so warm & welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you need any car work done!
Took extremely long. Had made an appointment to avoid this. Was informed that I will be charged for additional quarts of oil next time. Only reason I tried them was a coupon I received after buying a set of tires. Plenty of places to go that are the same price and quicker. My time is valuable. Four tires mounted and balanced were quicker at a different location than an oil change tire rotation here. Not acceptable.
