Doing this program has drastically improved my relationship with food. I never knew how to pair foods with other certain foods to help me stay fuller longer, so I stay away from snacking every 45 minutes. I saw Aubrie here, and she was amazing to work with. She also had a baby not to long ago, so she understood a little bit more of what it takes for new moms to get their body back. I've learned so much in the program, including how important it is to eat frequent, protein-filled meals. I am also grateful for her for teaching me how to use workout equipment. The only item I knew how to use at the gym was the treadmill and stair stepper, but ever since using actual weights, I've actually slimmed down, whereas beforehand I would avoid weights because I was terrified of bulking up. It's also extremely helpful to have someone to be accountable to. I've done a dozen diets, but nothing was sustainable. This truly was so enlightening to do.

I'm 9 weeks into my program and I feel amazing! Derek is very knowledgeable and professional. The education I'm getting in nutrition and fitness has been worth every penny. I'm already getting lots on compliments on my weight loss. I highly recommend this business.

They are awesome! They have helped me lose over 40 Lbs, build muscle and most importantly they have taught me how to be healthy long-term. I recommend them to everyone.

I give 5 ⭐️ for my experience at THF. Devin is my 'person' and I can say nothing but good things about him. He has been at the end of a text when I've needed some help and has honestly just been a really good cheerleader for me. The combination of food and workout plans have just worked so well for me. I'm almost at my goal weight (5lbs to go) and I will have lost 30lbs at that point. I will continue to work to maintain this weight and will continue my association with THF. Louise Munday
