Called looking for a tow due to tire damage. As stated, the tow driver arrived in 30 minutes. He was pleasant and engaging, saying he used to work on cars, but he and a friend decided to start this business a couple months ago, and so far have done pretty well from just word of mouth. I can see why. He was both friendly and professional, and explained some of the ins and outs of tire issues. Once he delivered my car to the shop, called and sent a message to let me know it arrived safe and sound. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Wholeheartedly recommend this tow company! Good people and reasonable prices!
Joe was fantastic! He called back right away on a Sunday, was prompt and made everything very easy. He towed my car after a jump would not work, appreciate trying that first.
