The lady that works the desk is very friendly! Rich is a lifesaver! I took my 2003 Ford Taurus that was gifted to me by a friend to another shop and was advised to scrap the vehicle because it wasn't worth fixing. Only had 73k miles on it, but needed a water pump and rear springs. Went to Midas and Rich fixed it for just over $1000. Runs like a dream now! Took my 2006 Scion XB there a couple months later to be fixed, as it had been sitting for almost a year. Front axle was broken and other places wanted $600+ dollars. I wasn't sure if I should even fix it because it has 150K miles on it. $300 later, it runs like new! Highly recommended! I won't be going anywhere else.
