I went in to deposit a check this afternoon and was told they could not do it due to some policy regarding checks for trust accounts. I told them I had previously deposited 6 such checks made out the same way to my account. The teller and manager would not listen to me and insisted it could not be done (even though I had previously done so 6 times) I asked for my debit card and check back and the manager told me to “never come back again”. I will be switching banks in the coming week due to this rudeness.

My experience with this particular branch has been terrible. For the past few times I have been making deposits to this bank. And every single time they have “miss counted” the deposit. If I had not checked how much money I was depositing into the bank, then I would be missing over a hundred dollars by now. I learned my lesson, always count your money to ANY bank.

I stopped at the bank to get get a notary Public for a document I needed to send to the Consulate of my native Country. Nicole Smith insisted on knowing the details of the content of the form including adding in informations on the form which did not match with the informations on my native country passport. I have my family last name on the passport which is different than my marriage ( my husband) last name. The consulate rejected the form because it did not match the passport. Six weeks been waisted beside the fees of the office of the secretary of state and registered mail to and from New York. I been a customer at the bank for more than 25 years and I'm considering withdrawing my account from Huntigton bank because of the bad service.
