Taleris Credit Union

I’ve had a loan with this company for 3 years and have never been late. My payment was late because my bank PNC sent the check to their old address. I was contacted by Brian a representative in collections he was very helpful at the time and suggested a place near by that could go and make the payment because they don’t have online banking in the year 2021. I went out made the payment that day Brian told me to and I asked him to waive my late fee thus was my first time late he said he would look into it and call me back. Never got a call back so I called him Brian says unfortunately we can’t waive the late fee. I’m like wow really the whole thing was a misunderstanding but I was told we have had a new address for two years now I’m like ok but it’s never happened in the two years and I have the check number from my bank which I stopped payment on. I made the payment can’t you waive this fee once. The answer was no, Brian’s attitude was totally different because taleris had their money, I had to argue with him just to get his manager’s name and ext. I left a voicemail on his manager’s vm but I still called back and talked with someone named Lori once she looked up my account she also told me the same thing basically we moved your payment was late and no waiver. Bottom line this is how it works they don’t give a u know what as long as your on time. I will never deal with another credit union again for anything.

Dont bother with this bank. Dealing with this bank is like stepping in to an alternate dimension. In this dimension banks look and function like they are 20 years behind the times.nnThe website is terrible, barely can do anything online. You cant even send in electronic payments from other banks. Who made that decision? Is there an app? Not that I can find. I'm sure that is terrible too so that's why we don't have one yet.nnOnce I pay off my car I am done with this bank and will tell everyone I know to avoid at all costs.

Did what i need to do but don't like drive through!

A few banking specialists have been very professional and pleasant. However, there's been a consistent lack of customer service and they are overtly rude. You only deal with someone via a screen whether in the lobby or drive thru! And they turn off the camera during the transaction, which takes forever. You are made to feel like an inconvenience.nFree use of the coin machine is nice, but it's not enough.

OMG. I'm speechless. No wait, nobody in front of me and literally took the machine teller (yes it's a machine) 20 min to process 1 deposit. I couldn't believe it. On top of it you put your ID and cash in tube and dont get the opportunity to observe them count the cash you're depositing. Crazy to me the entire process I just endured. That was my first and last time here. Wow!!!
