Susan in the loan department was awesome to work with! I refinanced my car with Taleris and they cut my rate in half! They saved me $4500! I’ve had some bumps in the past and they were willing to work with me. A bigger bank could not provide the personal service you receive here. Thank you Susan, and thank you Taleris! If you have a higher rate auto loan you should call Taleris today!

They're too small. I don't do my regular banking with them. I have my car loan through them, but they don't have a website set up to allow me to make my payment with them unless my bank mails a check. My check got lost in the mail when they called and I wanted to so a payment over the phone they were going to charge me $10. I get the post office isn't their fault, but COME ON! Mail is probably slow due to the pandemic, and you still feel it's ok to charge me a $10 fee?? I complained to the teller when I went to make my payment but I bet she doesn't tell anyone. Set up your website to allow me to make a payment through my bank or DON'T CHARGE A FEE FOR A CHECK. That's smarter.... that's friendlier. That's being responsive to a world being effected by a pandemic. Poor Poor service.

I have been with Taleris since 1980. I am sorry to say things have not gotten better. At times they have been difficult to work with. At this time I have a home loan with them. I mail my payment around the first full week of the month, it is due on the 20th. Today is the 20th, this month I mail my check on the 8 and it still shows I didn't make a payment. They are a 17 minute drive from my house. Last month it was the same , I called on the 18th and asked if they got my check the answer was no. The next day a payment was applied. Not happy!

Do not and I mean do not finance through this company. No online payments. My payment was late because they changed their address I got penalized for that. Customer service was rude didn’t want me to speak to management about my problem. I cancelled the late check but paid using another method that was suggested by collections and still got charged a late fee. Supposedly my fee got waived for being late after my complaint. Then you ready for this? I get a bill in the mail for stopping payment on the check that was late, mind you I paid the loan in person to clear all this up. Thanks Fred Martin for financing my car with this dump.
