Was at the restaurant on Friday while bowling for a friends birthday.nnThey charged my card two separate times for the same items. When I called for a refund they offered a credit to the restaurant instead of refunding the duplicate charge. Then indicated a refund to my card would be impossible, but to pursue it I would need to speak to a manager.nnThey then indicated no manager of any kind was available that day. I was then told they were taking down my information and the manager would call me back the next day. The following day no manager called. When I called in after they second day I was informed that, again, no manager was available and I would have to call back the next day.nnThe fact of the matter is they need policies in place to assist customers in a timely fashion and to follow up when they indicate they will. At this point I will need to dispute it through my bank.
1st time returning in about 22years and when I got home after a 30min drive my sandwich was missing my 2 favor ingredients the guacamole & provolone cheese. The sign advertise that's what the sandwich comes with,without that, it was just a plain regular turkey sandwich.nI should of listen to my husband when he suggested just to make my own sandwich at home.
Second time in a row the wings were noticeably not fresh. 9 bucks for not even a full basket of fries?? Cmon ya'll can do better....
change your website! it says your still open, drove a while to get there and yesterday and you were closed. typical pathetic business
I was here just 2 weeks ago and for the 2nd time had the most incredible marsala. Cloverleaf has done wonders to remain current. I know I am dragged there all the time for so much game playing! I resist but love them as always. What I would like to make clear...anyone is able to put together a marsala once. The person who improved on an already luscious sauce is a professional. No judging, they are good. Try it. You'll go back.
