This BK was so clean! We got our breakfast order fast and hot. You can eat in. The cashier was very friendly and courteous. This BK is a must to go to if you want a great experience!!
BK bottom of Granger. Sometimes I'm really disappointed in service from a lot of fast food restaurants in Garfield and surrounding but I must say this morning I was not in a good mood, in a little funk, depressed but but then I decided to get a breakfast sandwich from BK at the bottom of Granger and I guess you never know when you could be uplifted and smile because of great people! Preston at BK just made me smile he was uplifting and sweet and I really really needed that! Don't know if he'll see it but thank you Preston for uplifting me from a bad morning! Thank you! Come here for lunch sometimes and there service has declined dramatically. The drive thru line is regularly through the entire parking lot and moves painfully slow. They only have one person taking orders, handling payments, and handing out the food. When got to the the window he was collecting my order and covering the counter, props to him with keeping it together. This doesn't seem to be a one off because it has happened several times over the past months. Please get some more help.
Very kind BK chef servers. When the milk machine down, the chefs made sure that I was satisfied.
Waited almost 30 minutes in line for them to tell me they don’t have original chicken. Ok that’s ok. So I ask about the chicken club sandwich and they say they don’t have any chicken at all. So I just went with the whopper meal. I ask for coke they don’t have that either. After 15 minutes I finally get my food and the burger tastes like it was sitting in a refrigerator. All the while I was waiting I was watching the employees dancing and laughing. Meanwhile about 8 cars behind me were honking their horns. Terrible service. Rude employees. And terrible food. How this place is still in business is beyond me.
