James, Kara, Kaylee, Mike, Carolyn... I could go on. The staff here at the Training Room is awesome and so uplifting! They are all so welcoming and supportive of your goals! Hands down, the best, cleanest gym around. Its perfect for all athletes who are just getting started or who are elitist, due to the wide variety of equipment, space and knowledgeable staff!
James Eager is excellent for back pain, joint pain, etc. He goes through a thorough diagnostic process, then gives exercises to strengthen and support, deep tissue work, and adjustments are all within his ability, but I really appreciate that he tries to help me recover as quickly as possible, rather than milking me for future visits. His recommendations have been reliably accurate: I feel benefit immediately. I have recommended him to my family and friends and he's taken good care of them. His office used to be closer to me, but I wouldn't think of going to someone else.
Absolutely perfect. Nice flow to equipment. Awesome polite and informed staff. I took a jump rope class with Mike. Great teacher, I can jump rope, now. Lol but it was and challenging. I live out of town, however whenever in town, I'll go back! Do yourself a favor check it out.

I liked this gym a lot. Very good equipment and clean. The staff are very friendly and if I am ever in Utah again, I will definitely be returning to this gym.
