Frankfort recently allowed alcohol sales on Sunday until 11:59 pm. Today is Monday. I was there at 12:45 pm. Coolers for beer were locked down tight before I arrived. They do not follow the new law or at least have not been following it since June 20th, 2018. Pissed me off that these same lazy gas station clerks like to lock it way too early and then tell you no if you're within the legal time frame. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. This is the 3rd time I have been there within the law by more than 10 minutes and have been refused a product. Pretty sad really. I drink water about 75% of the day and prefer beer to carbonated beverages from about 8pm-1am. I will make sure to not buy from here again, also will make sure friends and family know. Thank you Google for allowing reviews. Wouldn't post one if the employees weren't so rude and caught off guard about it.nnIf the company would like me to I'll send a copy of the original letter that was sent to the gas stations in this area around the end of June by the county, also receipts for my visits so they can see the time stamps for my visits. I will continue to make sure I go make my purchases at the Shell station across the street before they close. The guys there are courteous, polite, and give a damn.
