I highly recommend Pinpoint Painting! They were recommended by my real estate agent, Sharon Friedman. Pinpoint Painting is a full service, very professional organization. Michelle Holland came to our home and helped us choose colors, send contract information, and organize the entire process. She did a fantastic job. She stops by to see how things are going and is always available when requested to assist with color choices. The painters are not notch! They do a great job and are really wonderful people whom we felt so comfortable having in our home! Paul and Pete did a great job!
The entire exterior of my home was recently painted by Pinpoint Painting. I had the ugliest house on the street, part aluminum siding and part peeling wood siding. My house now looks GORGEOUS!!!nnI cannot thank Zak and Pinpoint Painting enough. Not only is the work excellent but the team and my foreman were absolutely amazing. They are the most professional, kind and hardworking people I have seen in a long time. I am completely blown away by their work ethic and professionalism. There was an initial issue with the paint formula and I had no idea. My foreman identified it, brought it to my attention, and corrected it to be sure everything was perfect. They cleaned everything up daily, gave me updates and were sensitive to my schedule and other contractors.nnI cannot say enough great things about Pinpoint Painting. They are true professionals. Worth every penny!!
The pinpoint team did an outstanding job from all involved. I truly appreciate the team effort. Michelle, the sales rep, did an outstanding job working with me and my wife about the job process and choosing the right colors. Brooke, the office manager, did a great job communicating and providing timelines for the job. Will and Carlos, the painting crew, worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They even taught me some things I didn't know about paint! Doug, the owner, did a great job of checking in and communicating. The job was pushed back a couple weeks due to volume and demand of previous projects but that was expected because the team communicated those expectations. Overall, I appreciated everything the team did from start to finish. It truly takes a team effort and this company is extremely organized and attentive to detail. I recommend using pinpoint!
Outstanding experience working with Zach and his team. Excellent communication. They made sure we had just the right color stain for our fence. William and the painting crew were expert professionals. The fence looks great and the cleanup was perfect. Zach is completely focused on customer satisfaction.
Pinpoint Painting was exceptional from beginning to end! We met with Zach who gave us a very reasonable and competitive quote for the work to be done. We then utilized Pinpoint's color consultant, Michelle, to help finalize our colors for the rooms. Working with Michelle was amazing! She has the ability to understand your needs and helps to guide you in the right direction. Her recommendations were spot on! Having an in-house color consultant is a huge added benefit to Pinpoint's services they offer to their clients. We had two amazing painters that were meticulous to detail, very friendly and hard working. The whole project was completed in the quoted time frame. We were extremely happy with the final results of both rooms and will definitely be using them again soon! We would highly recommend Pinpoint Painting for any of your painting needs.
