Rick and his team are amazing! They did several large projects at our house including replacing and painting exterior almost 100 year old shake shingles. Dealing with older homes is always an adventure, and they were always up for the challenge. Three years later, everything they have done still looks excellent. They are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.
Cleveland Artisans was asked to install a dishwasher that I had intended to do myself, but soon realized it was beyond my skill set to do so. The previous owner had built around the existing dishwasher, making it impossible for me to remove, or reinstall the new unit. I hesitantly called Cleveland Artisans out of my own frustration and pride, but boy was I glad that I did. The staff was courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to stop by to lend a hand. The job was quickly and neatly done, and the end result was beyond my satisfaction - I would also mention that the price was more than fair. I would most definitely hire them again in the future for all of my household needs.
This company did all of the drywall and finishing woodwork involved in a new bathroom we had installed. It was all new work, and involved some creativity and problem solving.nnWe are extremely happy with their professionalism and their work. They were respectful of our space, they cleaned up every day beautifully, and took a lot of pride in their work. I especially appreciated their safety protocols. We will use them again if we need services like this.
Rick and his crew are the best! Excellent job done efficiently and professionally. Rick is the kind of man you can give keys to the house and trust him completely with your possessions. Besides the quality level of work they do, they are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Rick and Cleveland Artisans.
They primed our bathroom ceiling and installed a vent, among other things. They were kind and courteous the entire way through the project and provided updates as the day went on. They explained exactly what they were doing and why, and provided pictures afterward of the work that was done. They also asked me to inspect their work to make sure I was 100% satisfied, which I was. They did an outstanding job and I would happily use them again and refer them to any of my friends!
