I was a member at the Workout Factory for about 2 years until relocating. In that time I've seen 3 different owners. The newest one, Leigh, seems to be making some notable changes for the better. Gym is always open which is nice, has plenty of equipment to use as it's never too crowded, and I've always enjoyed myself there. Most importantly, as some owners will give you trouble if you try to get a refund for relocating, Leigh was very fair and easy to work with. Recommend.

One of the best gyms in the Cleveland area, with a great owner. Very friendly gym, good for body builders, powerlifters, physique, or anyone just wanting to maintain over all health.
