My son enjoys taking all the classes. Its very affordable as well. No one is better then the other if you are looking for a place for a kid to be coddled this isn't it. They have your kids work for what they want and I love that. And the staff here are so polite to us when we walk in always feel welcome.
Probably not a more unique gym in the country and truly one of Cleveland's biggest gems. From the Baddest Man on the Planet to World Class BJJ practitioners and Boxers to aspiring MMA fighters to everyday men and women looking to get fit to die hard weightlifters to kids learning MMA and keeping active. This is really a special place where all who are willing are welcome. The coaches and staff are down to earth, friendly and welcoming and the entire place has a family like feel. Make no mistake though, when it's time to work, it's time to work. Can not say enough about how great this place is for individuals and families.
Best gym I have been to! Everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the trainers. Throughout COVID I have felt VERY safe going to this gym everyday. And will continue to keep going to this gym! Definitely worth stopping by!!
Best gym I've been part of. If you want to get in shape or learn martial arts or boxing, this is the place to be.
Love coming here! The red room is my favorite as are the tires!! Need some holes in the tires to drain the rain water out but always find a challenge to push myself every time!!!
