Waited outside cause they lock their door and only 20 people are allowed inside and worker let 2 people out and locked their door said come back tomorrow they're closed for the day and it was 4:19pm and store closed at 5pm. That's a horrible way to treat customers who waited patiently to enter the store. Customer service is garbage. I WILL NOT SHOP at Rainbow steelyard again!ud83eudd2c

Experience was as expected. Had to wait in line outside of store due to capacity, however I do not know who set their guidelines for the number of people at a time but the store had about 6-8 shoppers in there. The store is quite big and I am sure 20 shoppers or so could safely shop and maintain social distance.

I just love this place. The young sweet girl at the door helped me find the perfect outfit for my daughters baby shower. She was such a big help, positive happy energy and all smiles. This is exactly the type of energy I expect from clothing stores especially when you have no clue on what to wear and for it to be coming from a store in the steelyard says a lot about whoever is in charge of the store. The cashier was quick with his job and well interested in how my shopping experience was, it the highlight of my day! I love Rainbow shops! Highly satisfied, will gladly recommend this store to anyone.
