I took in my 2002 Ford Escape on September 09, 2020 to be repaired due to rough idling and stalling. I was advised by the owner of the shop that it was a bad engine and paid $2345 to have it repaired which was said to take at most 2 weeks. Over the next 5 months we were given the run around using excuses such as parts were ordered, people had Covid19, and it was almost done but being fine tuned. Upon finally getting our car back 5 months later on February 19, 2021, after having to involve the police, the car still ran the same and found out that upon taking it to another shop it had the exact same issues after an alleged engine replacement. The check engine was back on before we left his shop and I can not drive the vehicle still. Tried contacting the owner who they claim is never in and BBB could not reach him either which has taken away his accreditation and rated him a F. Awful experience from start to finish and now I'm down money unless small claims court helps out, which is next step. Steer clear of here!

Terrible service dropped my car on Sept 19 and it’s Oct 1 and I still haven’t gotten it back. I call and they say we’re working on it or it should be done tomorrow and it’s not. I will never take any more of my vehicle’s there or Recommend anyone to go there. Not professional at all.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner doesnt understand proper business etiquette. They've had my vehicle for about a month now. The biggest issue i have is being told my vehicle will be done on a certain day on multiple occassions and then they have an attitude when i ask about the progress. Ive been given 4 different dates that my vehicle was supposed to be done. I am still waiting on my vehicle atm. (Body work)

I’ve gone to Teds for quite a few things and I’ve never been unhappy. The work is up to par and the pricing is just right. Andrew has great communication skills and very polite. This is my go to place !
