I've bought a lot of cars and this purchase has been the most pain-free. Very consultative yet laid back approach. Not once have I felt pressured and everything was done to make the purchase as smooth as possible. I'd recommend Ivan & Vadim at Empire to anyone looking for a used car in the area.

Just my bought my first car with Empire motors. Everyone was very nice and polite, answered all my questions i feel like i got a very good deal. This is an excellent used car dealer. I was very happy with the supply of used minivans and settled on a 2008 Honda Odyssey. Vince told me anything I needed to know about my car and was very pleasant and easy to work with. I found he was honest and the car performed beautifully on the test drive. He gave me plenty of time to test drive it so I could see how it ran on surface streets and the freeway. I purchased the car and two days later drove to Virginia and back. The car ran like a top! This is a great place to buy a used car and the people are great!

Our family purchased a 2012 Honda Civic a couple of weeks ago at Empire Motors and the customer service has been fantastic so far! No haggling! Very clean! Ivan worked with us in many ways and was very professional, fast, and courteous. They had a great selection to choose from. They let us test drive at our own pace and didn't rush us. He was flexible and met with us twice on separate Sundays and even stayed a little late to assist us in closing the deal. His entire staff was polite, very helpful, and answered all of our questions. The car passed the e-check faster than any car we have ever owned and we have owned quite a few since we are a big family. We also received our title in hand super fast; in less than two weeks. We have our plates and everything and our ready to Rock and Roll! We want to personally thank the entire Empire Motors staff and look forward to buying other vehicles in the future. We recommend Empire Motors with no reservations. Keep up the great work!
