My husband and I just replaced his work van. The process was swift and comfortable. We were given time to take the van to our mechanic. The concerns we had after that were promptly addressed and we are happy with the new van!

Update: On my second vehicle from Valley Ford. Our salesman Craig is easy to work with and this is the second vehicle I have bought from him. I highly recommend Craig. I still enjoy paying my service bills as Roseanne still works in Service for the sales portion. It's always great to hear her friendly voice. Our new 2020 Explorer ST is fantastic and sporty like the name suggests. I still give them five stars. Here is my old review: I purchased a new 2010 Ford Flex from Valley Ford back in 2010 so this isn't a knee-jerk reaction to one bad or good visit. First off let me say that the Flex is the most underrated vehicle ever made. I love my Flex. It is like driving my living room couch around town... handles like a station wagon and is all in all everything I wanted in a crossover vehicle. I have taken my Flex in for service every time it was due and have had only one issue in the last 7 years (it took longer to get my oil changed than expected but only one time). The service department is fantastic and I always look forward to dealing with Roseanne (I think I spelled that right). She makes it much better when I have to pay my bill. If I had it to do all over again I would buy another Flex from Valley Ford.

Total waste of time.nnMade an appointment days in advance for 3:30PM Friday. Left work early to make the appointment time. Walk in for the appointment and am advised by the gentlemen that “we leave at 6 so best we can do is leave it here till Tuesday and then we can go from there..” Yeah that makes total sense. Leave my only form of transportation for 5 days for minor service. Would have been a good heads up to know that they need to keep the vehicle for a nearly a week when I told them the service I needed when making the appointment.

I came in to this dealership in a rush to buy a box truck. I called in to verify they had what I was in need of and because I was in a hurry Joe Dawson had everything started for me by time I even arrived. He was extremely patient with me and made this process a breeze. I had never bought a commercial truck before and Joe and Phil Salem helped answer every question I had including looking into things they were unaware of to make sure I knew! I was very difficult to work with and they both stayed extremely professional, friendly, and eager to help! My Ford E450 is beautiful inside and out and drives so nice! The 2 of them made this experience so much easier for me! I highly recommend going to Valley Ford Truck!!nThanks guys!!

The experience buying our new F-450 from Valley Ford was fantastic! Joe Dawson is a top-notch salesman and made the truck-buying process actually enjoyable! I highly recommend Valley Ford Truck!
