Paid Down my loan to 2000, then paid 1200.00 in which on 400.00 went to it after I was told my total amount on the receipt they gave me was wrong. And my last payment would be 800 bucks in august. After all Is said and done, id paid them 3600.00 for a balance for 1600.00. And when asked for an Amortization report, they had no idea what I was talking about. So I ended up finding the money somewhere and paying it off before they added more made up numbers to it. Would advise against big time!

I have a car loan through lgm Auto finance and during this covid time I dealt with Zack on an issue on a late payment he was fantastic did everything from calling the insurance companies getting all of that squared away and arranging payments five stars in my book thanks Zach

The worst company ever and will not help you or let you make arrangements. They stressed me out and I was sick over the harassment. They will take your car over $10.00. They disabled my car while driving over $2.00. This company needs to be shut down. If you agree. Let’s call the news station and report this company.

I see a lot of negative reviews for LGM but notice they are mostly about employees calling to collect declined or late payments. Well--that's sorta what we signed up for on the dotted line...nnI needed assistance with my auto loan due to Covid-19 and Sheldon assisted me every step of the way while keeping me informed and letting me know what I could do to help the situation. He always returned my calls and emails and followed through.nnSheldon WANTED to help--not just take my money and hang up the phone. If you need to speak to a kind human being about your car loan, I would suggest reaching out to him. No promises he can work magic with your payments, but he will do what he can.nnThe only reason I gave them four stars is because they do business with North Coast Auto which is hands-down the most awful car purchasing experience I have ever had. I purchased a used car that was dirty, had ZERO oil and was on empty. That and they truly take advantage of people with average or below average credit. So they only lose one star by association.nnThank you again Sheldon for all of your assistance during this tough time. It is much appreciated!nnTonya

I been with them for almost a year in April.nI came to them of me wanting a reliable car to get to and from work. When Covid-19 hit I never thought I would being laid off stuff I shuffle to find work to continue to pay me car note. My job assignment ended due to someone catching Covid 19 so I had to find another job my car loan was only behind of $533. And some change not a lot huh I started working FEB 5, 2021? They call and ask me for a payment I told them I get paid the 18th I had a agreement with Sean in witting form of the agreement on 02/16/2021 my car was repossessed HOW when we had a agreement on the days that I get payed you can run my card for the money also many people like Kate and roy said that Sean canceled the repo and do not know where my car is at they mouth are ruthless they are very disrespectful I would not recommend this finance company to anyone DO NOT SHOO AT NORTH COAST AUTO MALL
