The staff and manager is very rude the food is always not prepared as ordered the wait is very long never greet with good morning always go ahead like Hello? This is why I don’t support anything in the inner city I brought back a apple pie that had been sitting awhile in there warming tray and the manager refuse to replace it said I needed a receipt but I brought back the food just replace the pie it was only a $1.00
Good day, my experience was about average but for McDonald's restaurants that speaks volume due to their low ratings. Owners have concentrated on volume instead of Cleanliness,Customer Service,Product and affordability...we as consumers are at fault too because we continue to give these companies our $$$...We must do better!!
An argument begun because I informed the manager that my sandwich was under cooked. The lady working the grill was upset about my complaintnThe cashier jumped in. I let everything slide. The manager did nothing. The cashier continued to belittle me and when I said something to her the lady from drive through jumped in. I was there 3 times and my order was still wrong. So I just wasted money
Came in on 01/26 around 10:30pm and had a great experience. Very friendly and great customer service. Made my night with how patient and friendly the workers were with me.
Inside ordering helped out a lot. Food was fresh and hot and delicious. I will return. Right in the heart of Cleveland. Buckeye street.
