They are good if they have the drink you want. Been a few times when they are out of certain flavors/drinks. They have messed up my order before but corporate fixed it. I love their coffee but I have to go to this one because its on the way to work.
The young lady is always so friendly and treats you well. The coffee was great. In this day we need kind people and good coffee more than ever.
Very disappointed! I ordered my coffee through the app and when I went to pick it up I did not get my normal hot white chocolate mocha but had to have the girl redo my drink 3 frickin times. She did it twice as a cold drink and didn’t even apologize for doing them wrong. Very disappointed and probably won’t go back!!
They are quick with their service most of the time. There is a younger male that works there that I do not think understands customer service.
