Great service, fairly quick wait time. Usually not much of a wait inside but the outside drive thru ATMs have a bit of a wait.
I have had good experiences in this bank thus far (I have been using this location for about 8 months now). The staff is always really friendly and helpful. A few months ago I had an issue with one of my checks getting lost in the mail and the manager gave it her full attention and helped me correct it immediately. It was such a relief to have that taken care of. Thanks!
Worst experience ever. They are very disrespectful.
Not ready for prime time! The bank just switched from First Merit to Huntington Bank, and they are not yet ready for anything. I tried to use this branch on Friday, February 24th, and there was a long line of people not going anywhere, and customers sitting around the waiting area playing with their phones with no one waiting on them. After waiting for over five minutes in the line and making no forward progress, I went out to use the ATM instead. It was not working! Do not expect anything from this branch until they've had time to get their act together!
The manager is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life she's rude, ignorant and very unfriendly . I have been banking Their for many years way before she even got there when they were First Merit she doesn't even speak and Will walk by with her nose in the air. However all the tellers are wonderful I love them but that manager has got to go!!!
