Even though it's just a store front, you get the feeling that you know the people who run the restaurant. Very warm, friendly, outgoing. The food is great. Taste like it was just made while you wait. You can call in your order, pay online or walk-in. They don't deliver but, will bring it out to your car. I guarantee you'll fall in love with the food being served.

Holy smokes! Found this place via a Google search, and it is seriously the best BBQ around. The best polish boy and pulled pork I have ever had. And the mac and cheese is the cheesiest. We also tried the baked beans, which are seasoned perfectly. And, the fries are good, too. Definitely will be back again A LOT!

The customer service alone is worth the price! This is literally one of the best soul food restaurants I’ve ever been to. I got a catfish dinner and upgraded my sides for $1.00 each. I got macaroni and cheese and my goodness was it creamy and delicious! I also got greens! Literally the best greens I’ve gotten from any restaurant! They were amazing no hot sauce needed! Can’t forget about the golden fried catfish! Seasoned to perfection! Don’t eat to fast you want to have some for later! I even got fried green tomatoes and they were just as I remember growing up. Well by this review I’m sure you can tell I’m a foodie. I will indeed drive 30 mins to come back. Thank you again for amazing customer service and food for my soul!

The only thing that might be better than the quality of the food would be the friendliness of the family who owns and operates this establishment. As a transplanted Texan, I have consumed my share of BBQ and country cooking. This was the closest I have come outside the borders of the Lone Star state. Everything was perfect. My wife and I ordered the Polish Girl sandwich (don't have those in TX) along with a side of baked beans in addition to an order of BBQ wings, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens, and Fried Green Tomatoes. Everything was prepared to perfection. We look forward to our next visit. Sometimes your stomach and soul just needs a fix like this.

First time visit yesterday... Very well made Catfish !! The sandwich has fries and slaw on it and makes for a great tasting sandwich and best piece of catfish I have had in many years!! Ribs and fries were great and also had collard greens that were a bit salty for me but ate them cold with leftovers and was great ! Not sure if they smoke the greens or not but i would give them a try again! Very polite and great customer service! This food tastes like its made with lots of southern love.. I will be back!!
