Love this place!!!! I have been coming to this studio for the past couple years and it is my home away from home.
Lots of class options here!! There are many challenging classes to really get your blood pumping, there are restorative classes to heal and relax yourself, and there are also tons of cool meditation classes as well!
From beginner to advanced, everyones practice is welcomed and rejoiced, as we all combine our energies into a healing on all levels of self.
Valerie and Anthony are so loving, and have created and fostered an environment that allows people of all walks and experiences to come together in community, in Tribe!
Definitely Recommend!!! You will end up capable of things you never knew!! Stretch into happiness!! :D
This is such an amazing space!! All the teachers are amazing! You leave each class sweaty and feeling positive and energized! I highly recommend!!!!

Love this studio! Been searching for the right studio for awhile now, and this is by far the best and nicest one in the area. They have so many classes to choose from, and great instructors that can teach you at any level. I look forward to coming here every week!
