Only giving this place four stars because there was no one at the front desk when I walked in. Other than that, I had a great time! Going to the gym late at night is a much better opinion because there aren't a lot of people. Sadly, most of the people who were there were not wearing face masks when they were walking around. I was told that you can take off the face mask when exercising but put it back on when you are walking around. Almost everyone had theirs off and I didn't see it even around them.

Staff is always helpful and friendly! Lots of machines and weights which makes working out efficient and effective. Can't wait for it to go 24/7 but 24/5 is pretty darn good.

Just wanted to write a review to say how awesome Keith is! Probably the only employee at least at this location that is worth writing a review about (besides the manager of course who is also awesome)! Every time I come in he greets me and as I leave always makes sure to say goodbye and to have a nice day. Sometimes I even notice him going out of his way to do this. This seems like something so simple but nowadays most people don’t show kindness like that to strangers so it’s very nice to see there are still kind young men out there. I also notice he is the only employee besides the manager that busts their butt trying to please the customers and keep the gym as clean as possible in a timely manner. The best part is no one bothers you people mind their own business and everything is chill. I do like it there but the locker room locker doors are so loud! I have Aspergers and development disabilities so when i hear loud noises it hurts extremely bad. I'm going to have to wear earplugs when in the locker room. Just BANG! SLAM! BANG! BANG!

Wanted to give a shout-out to Tyrone Brown at the Brook Park location. Always goes out of his way to talk to you and to see how your day is going. This guy single handedly keeps this location clean day in and day out. One of the most down to earth and good people out there! Thanks Tyrone for making this place like a second home every morning.
