Absolutely love Innovative Fit! Nikki is very friendly, accommodating, and inspirational! Never been so motivated! Excellent martial arts training. Kids love Sensei James! Trained for 4 years elsewhere and decided to travel to James. No regrets! Far exceeds our expectations. The fighting skills are something your kids will carry throughout their life. Great competition training also if that’s something you desire.
Lost over 30lbs in the few months I've attended classes all while having a lot of fun doing so. The instructors are helpful, compassionate and make you feel very welcome. The same is to be said with others that attend classes. Everyone is there to help motivate and encourage each other. It's a great place to start or diversify your workouts. ud83dudcaa
I absolutely love being a part of this gym! I couldn’t find anything to loose weight until i joined innovative fit, everyone is so supportive and friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way to stay fit or loose weight because it is always such a fun workout!! ❤ufe0f
I love Innovative Fit it’s a great place to get an awesome work out with Jump Boots. I just wish there was one on the East side it would make it a lot easier on me with my schedule but other than that it is a must good check out! Worth the drive if you have the time.
