I DO NOT recommend CryoCare to anyone. We bought several sessions for both of my sons to use DURING their senior football season. For most of the season they were having problems with the tanks and they were unable to use their sessions. They have a total of 31 unused sessions and I requested a refund and they refused. They told me to gift the sessions to someone else. WTF? I bought them specifically for my sons to use DURING FOOTBALL! Not to mention I also referred many teammates to the facility and at least 6 of them went and spent money there. They said I should have asked for a refund earlier. Why is there a time limit? I paid the money and DID NOT use the services. It was not available when I needed it and I should be given a refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
