Appointment started on time, all Covid safety precautions were followed, and the sales person, Debbie, was very nice and very knowledgeable.
Wow! Let me tell you, this place has amazing service and prices. You literally go in there and they have a book of any and all designs and color schemes that you can choose to customize your tux, and basically only takes a little less then a month to get them shipped into the store! If you need alterations done, they only take a day or two to get them! This is basically only renting Tuxedo just FYI. Also the customer service being amazing here are some examples...wedding day being today, they called early and wished my group a happy wedding and asked if there was anything else we needed, who does that?! So I highly recommend going here for your Tuxedos
Staff was very friendly and helpful. No major issues with the tuxes. Some had pants that needed hemmed which they were able to do in the store. They let my now-husband have 3 button up ivory shirts for our wedding as some fit better than others. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.
