Great store! Neat, clean with in-style merchandise. Nice employees, ready to assist.nMany sizes available in store. I had to return an item I had mistakenly purchased two of. Return was quick and easy.
I have been buying my bras here for the past 10 or so years. Not sure if I will be back after my latest shopping experience. I originally came in to get measured (since it's been a while; 2 years & I recently had a kid), to get a few new bras & possible matching panties. Upon entering the store, my step daughter & I were NOT greeted, were never offered any help (I couldn't find my size in one type of bra), the sales associate never left from behind the cash wrap. Then at one point, multiple employees came out from the backroom, not a single one said anything to us. At that point I just grabbed the bra I usually get (which clearly I needed a bigger size; I desperately needed a new one & just wanted out of the store). Extremely poor customer service. I much rather go to Torrid.
Outstanding staff. Jules, the manager was especially helpful when I was at a loss for what to get my wife. She arranged a personal appointment and pulled clothes for her size and made her feel really special.
Well stocked and very deft customer service that is always helpful without hovering or pushy. Checkout is actually a pleasant experience here.
The staff is so helpful and friendly. They want to see you shop and find great deals doing so. I walked away with 2 blazers.
