I forgot to place an order for my business for an event. I can't believe how fast Axent graphics got the job done and early. Work was done to perfection and with a smile. I will definitely order again.
I don't know why people gave them anything but a shining review- they were super nice, helpful, and professional. It's a small shop but they did a great job and are really easy to deal with. Even with covid they held onto our order for a long time until we could pick it up!
Wow what can I say but this company is absolutely amazing! I have used them for the past couple of years for all different types of branding items!!! They have a great variety of merchandise for all my needs which is nice to have in 1 company. They delivery on time and their customer service is wonderful. I would recommend Axent Graphics to anyone!!
Very disappointed in the quality of service and in my treatment. Cassie mismatched the color she was given via email, printed it anyway and cited my desire for a fast turnaround as the reason she did not do it correctly or communicate to me that they could not match it before printing. She also then was unwilling to work with me for any corrective measures and unwilling to give me a refund. Thoroughly disappointing.
