I will be making my first attempt to the corporate office to tell them about my experience.nI spent approximately 600$ on garbage last night.nBut due to no return policy due to Covid which they do not tell you about until your purchase has already been rung up, I cannot return anything so it will be going in the garbage.nI will be updating this review with each attempt to corporate office with the results of the call. Very unhappy with this place bought a defective toy told I be able to exchange it for something else and pay the difference got to the store that was a lie wont ever go back again to thos store in North olmsted
