After having a horrible experience at another bridal shop we ended up at La Blanca. I was tired, tearful, and downright upset with the prior place. La Blanca was a breath of fresh air. Allison helped me in and out of every dress. She was cognizant of letting me make my own decisions but also giving opinions when needed! She asked all about me, my date, my man, my life! This was the smoothest shop of the day ! I said Yes to the dress! It was the first dress I tried on at the store. They have a wide selection of dresses, I could have stayed in there all day ! Thank you La Blanca for making my wedding dress shopping experience the best!

I tried ordering a dress off of Etsy & regretted it immediately ud83eudd23 then proceeded to ask for recommendations for a bridal shop near me! A ton of people told me to check out La Blanca so I made an appointment! Paula was AMAZING! I told her I had no clue what style of dress I wanted but a general idea of a few details! She took the time to try out different styles until we narrowed it down! Then she suggested I try on a dress I would have never even picked off the rack myself & it ended up being the oneud83dude02! Her expertise & customer service is impeccable! She even helped my mom find her mother of the bride dress as well ❤ufe0f! It was such a blissful experience I have recommended her shop to all my girl friends that are planning weddings in the near future❤ufe0f!

I have been there twice for bridesmaid dresses for friends' weddings, which made me go there to find my wedding dress when it was my turn! Paula & Allison were amazing. They really made you feel like a queen and were there with uplifting spirits & constant positivity! You feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in the shop. I could go on for days! They even allowed my family to do a payment plan for my dress, which is very unheard of! There is so many good things to say about this shop & the staff.

I was so excited to come here to try on wedding gowns! I called weeks ahead of time and made an appointment. As soon as I walked in, things went downhill. They did not have the dress style I was looking for and told me that they could just alter a dress I found. They pulled maybe 5-7 dresses for me to try and directed me to a very small “dressing room” in the corner of the busy sales floor. The “dressing room” was two curtains that they clipped together. To make matters worse, the consultant kept leaving me to go help other brides mid trying on dresses and often I was left standing there half dressed or putting hanging back up the gowns I tried on. Once the dresses were on, I had to walk out to the sales floor to look at the dress while other brides and guests were watching me. There I was with my bra and back hanging out trying to try on dresses. I felt humiliated!!! Needless to say, my special experience, was not that. I felt like an inconvenience! Luckily, I went to another boutique before there that was amazing, so I went back there to order my dress!

Our experience was not pleasant during any point at La Blanca. A Wedding day should be a celebratory occasion for the bride and I feel like any establishment that is taking part should be helping to celebrate that bliss. Especially during something as stressful as a pandemic. However, none of that was done here at any appointment. We were always treated rudely and or with a cold shoulder, phone calls were not returned, and two of our bridesmaids were not fitted correctly for their dresses causing extra charges with the alterations after we already purchased a pricey beautiful gown. -***I am editing as a response to shop’s response... EVERY BRIDESMAIDS OR BRIDE SIGNS OFF AFTER A FITTING. It’s a part of an agreement whilst it is being ordered to protect the client and staff as a formal contract. I wasn’t talking about the pregnant MOD being fitted incorrectly, so I won’t apologize for your rude assumptions. Your staff fitted TWO other bridesmaids incorrectly around the breast area. This was not a weight gain issue. The rest of the dress fit. But that did cause MAJOR ALTERATIONS BY 3-6 on both dresses which is quiet pricey. And either way non of this can account for your rude staff ruining once and a life time experience for my favorite bride. DID I EVER MENTION THAT THE BRIDE WAS FITTED INCORRECTLY TOO???!!! She was a size 12, you fitted her for a size 16!!!!! You could have contacted me instead of trying to make it seem like the dress situation was not your fault. A good company admits their faults and moves forward. I hope that you have a better year and your staff learns from this experience.
