This guy is just an idiot. He wants your money before he evens works on your ATV. Usually you pay when its done, but not here. DO NO GO HERE, HE IS A RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY GOOD THING THERE IS CARLOS THE MECHANIC. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING, BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!! I AM ALSO TURNING HIM INTO THE POLICE AND BBB.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEnForked out over $137 and never even got my parts!!!nMy emails and messages through their online messaging client were completely ignored, their automated phone system DOESN'T work so you can't even connect with them by phone 90% of the time, and when you FINALLY do, they are rude, uncaring, liars who will blame you for their own mistakes.They feed you shady lines about why they can't access your info right now, or help you with your questions or concerns, or they just flat out lie to you. They fail to give out any helpful information, and instead ask you specifics about your order or address, and then just agree with you once you've provided it. But if you ask them anything (for instance, what address do you have on file for me?) they refuse to give it and make up shady excuses. DO NOT GO HERE! It is a frustrating waste of time and they will steal your money!!!
