I would highly recommend the services of Serpentini Collision Center in Berea because honestly they went above and beyond what would be expected. I had to drop my car off due to body damage from a car accident. The guys at Serpentini hooked me up with a very nice loaner...which was a God send because I don't know what I would have done without it. While my car was in the shop I expressed some concern to the insurance estimator that he and the guys in the shop had overlooked something that I was certain was related to the accident. He heard me out and they took a second look, ran some testing etc. and ended up fixing that issue as well. In addition to all of that, they cleaned the inside of the car....and the icing on the cake? They found the new windshield wiper blades in my trunk that I had purchased but not yet had a chance to put on....and they went ahead and put those on for me too!nI could not possibly be more pleased with the service I received.
The service was very helpful and got us through all our questions easily. When our previous car was totaled they helped us out by providing us with a rental.
The white female receptionist, Madison I believe her name is, she was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and intentionally made comments to be spiteful to me over the phone, a returning customer. They obviously don't put the customer first and need a new receptionist. It doesn't matter if she's nice to every other customer, the moment you treat one customer bad is enough proof that you don't deserve to have that job.
Very happy with the customer service. My car was fixed quickly and everything was taken care of.
Great staff. I came in with a flat tire and just asked if they had an air compressor that I could use to fill up my tire but a staff member actually patched my tire for me. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much!!
