For my 1st time buying a vehicle, the whole team made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the whole process. We were referred by my brother in law who said he guarantees we will find what we want and they did not disappoint! Amber listened to what we wanted and made it all happen! We were treated like family and we will be back.

Communication was great, care was taken both in the showroom and the car presentation, everyone was friendly. Pretty straight shooters, would recommend (at with all car deals) to get personal financing first as that alleviated one source of potential consternation. I would certainly do business again and in particular found the honesty refreshing. Kevin was easy to work with. Highly recommended!

So happy Amber is the one who responded to my email request to look at a GMC. At the end of my lease I always have anxiety to have to go talk to a sales person. Not the case with Amber! She is amazing at what she does! Amber treats you like a person and makes it exciting not stressful during the process. I left there very happy. She set up everything for me before I left even my first oil change, all I had to do was leave with my new car and enjoy it!

We called to schedule an appointment after 5pm, because we were coming from over two hours away, the manager informed us they do not like to schedule after 3:30 on days they close at 6pm. We instead had to take off work and miss class to make the trip to Ganley.nnThe vehicle was as-advertised and our salesman, Ryan, was very good. The manager initially wrote up an offer that was higher than the price on their website and stated they could not go any lower. We questioned this price increase and only after providing documentation of the price difference, the manager agreed to match their former price but refused to negotiate. The manager even stated he would not honor their advertised price the next day… Take it or leave it. He was adamant that Ganley would lose money on this sale. He must’ve assumed we are incredibly naïve to believe they would lose money on a fair priced vehicle.nnWe eventually did purchase the CPO vehicle. When we took possession we were given only one key and ¼ tank of gas. We are happy with the vehicle but the overall experience at Ganley was below average.
