Worked with John for our new 2021 Aviator. Couldn’t be more please. He is by far, the hardest working person I’ve met in sales. Not pushy at all and upfront about everything. He went as far as to bring the vehicle to us! We never set foot in the dealership. He personally delivered it to us and although they needed his assistance back at the dealership, he went through the vehicle to ensure my wife new how to operate all the technology. We will work with John in the future to get another aviator when our lease is up.

We surprised Gangley service station when my car had a tire warning. They immediately took us in and fixed the tire quickly. During the repair job we enjoyed TV, cookies and coffee in a lovely clean inviting waiting room.
