Stellar experience! Stopped by on Weds to test drive the 2018 Lexus es 350, with very little time left before closing. One test drive around the corner and I was sold. Gave the keys back to Bill and ask if the price was negotiable. He said yes! And I was sold again! Moreover, the finance dept. took great care of putting together a sweet deal for me. Altogether, Bill made the deal go so smooth I didn't even know the deal was done! Just like to thank Bill Nixon for being so very patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. Thanks Audi Middleburgh for being a place that has integrity and talented people!

Amazing experience from start to finish!!! Adam was my sales rep and his extensive knowledge on the brand and vehicles is impressive! Super easy going, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Carol also did a fantastic job reviewing all the paperwork and helping me select which Audicare package would be the best fit for me. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

If you are looking for an auto dealership that is truly customer oriented, go to Audi Middleburg Heights. I purchased a vehicle from them in April of 2018 and was very impressed with their customer service. I just purchased another vehicle from them and was again very impressed. My salesman was not pushy, was happy to get answers to any questions I had regarding the vehicle and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Others there who worked with me on paperwork and making arrangements for delivery were just as nice and helpful. Make your next vehicle purchase an enjoyable experience.
