Hillary is rude and doesnt like to help disabled people get their account balance. I tell her 800 number doesn't work for me and she rudely keeps saying she can give me the 800 number. The other branch always does and is friendly if the bank app is experiencing errors.
One of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. Rude and fake...... One of the tellers, Chandelier will lie to your face then turn around and laugh, so rude and disrespectful. Then you have a branch manager, Thomas that will call you names. He told me once I was pretentious; can you believe that???
I don't know why the reviews for this branch so bad.nBut they are always very kind and helpful.
This bank is so rude don't give them any business!!! I went in there to open a money market account and the teller tells us that they were on the phone and closing in 15 minutes and sent us leaving. That's not a way to treat a new customer I will take my money elsewhere.
We're closing in 20 minute s when arrived asked to leave
