Everyone there gives 110 percent customer service. All friendly and go out of their way. Recently I went in to get a paper notorized. I was struggling to walk cashier saw me holding on to wall and shouted out and asked if I needed help and also anything I needed. I told her why I was there and then Patty Jo Silvaggio stood up and had me sit at her desk. She took care of my needs. She was very happy and friendly. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. She even offered to pull car up to the front door. She walked with me to the outside and stayed outside until I was safely in my car. Thank you Chase Bank. You are all wonderful. Kim

I stopped by the bank today to get a money order and the woman at the desk was absolutely so nasty to me! I was shocked at how rude the service was. All I wanted to do was get a money order for a fundraising event....

I too had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She went above and beyond to help with a problem my dad was having (problem was NOT with Chase) & then again in looking out for him later on. The times that I have been there, there has been a multitude of Chase customers who come to her for guidance and/or to just say hello! You can tell she is very much valued by them. In my dealings with her she's knowledgable, friendly and very kind!nChase Bank Corporate- you truly have a wonderful employee and asset in Carrie, make sure you let her know that!

I want to personally thank Carrie at Chase. For the 2nd time in a month, my payroll check was auto deposited into my recently closed account. She found the check was deposited in my CLOSED account, and saved me a lot of headaches. MY employer said it would take a week before it would be deposited into the correct account, and by then, it would have been in financial crisis because I have auto-withdrawal of all my bills. Thanks to Carrie, she was able to intercept it both times it went into my closed account, and move it to my new account. This could have been a windfall for the bank with service charges and fees, but Carrie really stepped up and helped out a very HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you.
