So went in with my best friend, was asked two questions before being turned loose, any style she liked was pointed to racks, and her budget. Was checked on periodically but was barely helped, there was very little acknowledgment or aid, if I wouldn't have been there helping her in and out of dresses and clipping them it wouldn't have worked. There was no compassion or care in the way she was treated. Once she found the gown she loved they were cold and said they couldn't get it until the end of the year! Not here is a close second let's try more like it that are in stock nothing just like it was a problem for them to do the job. As someone who has helped plan weddings this should have been special and it was not.

My granddaughter and I went prom dress shopping. The ladies that work there are awesome, they were very helpful to us.
Just thrilled we found a dress for her.
Daughter found her wedding dress. Good service and nice people.
