Ordered the special, new York strip bone in. Wanted it med well but it was very well done. I honestly didn't have the heart to tell the really nice server as he seemed really busy. Service was great as was apps and such, steak was good just dry. I simply didn't have time or heart to send it back, other wise 5 stars

Always our go to place to go for steak. I had bone in strip steak, it was the best! The were really busy but no wait. Waitress service was excellent also.

While I didn't have a steak, the fish was good and the prime rib sub my wife had was huge. Awesome server. Will definitely be back for a steak in the future.

I am from out of town. Live in Chittenango NY. My current position as Director of Maintenance for Gypsum Express I travel to all our locations. During my travels to Ohio I was told about the West Texas Roadhouse. My first visit was very pleasant and food was excellent. I returned the next night for my dinner and again food was excellent. Since then I make sure my nightly dinner is from here. Tonight I met the owner Steve. Very great people who treat their patrons like they are their own. I would recommend the West Texas Roadhouse to anyone who visits or lives around the area to visit and enjoy the hospitality.

Service was great. I love, love South of the Border chicken. Always have great food when we visit. Restaurant is clean. Never disappoints
