Staff is by far the most unprofessional and unfriendly I’ve ever experienced at a planet fitness. They’re always just huddled at the front desk on their phones, never interacting with the members. Today Saturday 3/27 there were 5 employees at the front desk on their phones, including the manager, while several elderly members with walkers and canes were struggling to seat themselves on various pieces of equipment. The facility wasn’t always this poorly run, I’ve been visiting on and off for 5 years, but the current management is atrocious and I see lots of replies on these review stating “contact the facility manager” but how is one supposed to do that when they are no place to be found? This whole facility needs to clean house and start fresh because these “employees” are completely worthless.
Loved this place!! Everything is available, staff is super friendly and polite! Will definitely recommend and visit again,nn24/7 and showers? That’s going the extra mile for Gyms now days, thank you!
Clean and well managed. I never have a bad experience at planet fitness.
Kept running out of paper towels to clean but all round enjoyed the time
I go here pretty often and they keep the location in pretty good condition.
